find at a stationery and bookstore. At some of the larger ones, you can even find gift wrap and other items that are beautiful and super fun to look at. The one near me is not very large, but it does still have a fun section for stationery items. This is where I pick up my Zebra Sarasa pens and they have various other pens available as well; including refills for those pens to help cut down on waste. Some of the items that you will find at Kinokuniya are very unusual and are things I have seen only offered in Japan. (Note: I've never been to Japan myself. I have watched several informational shows about the country and culture online and one of them talked about stationery stores in Japan. I highly recommend it! I will link it at the end of the post.)
pens to stamps to washi tape to stickers and paper flags (seen above.) The designer in me loves to see all the new patterns and colors from the American and Japanese items available. Seriously, if you have a Kinokuniya near you and you are into journaling you should go give it a look. You might find some fun things to look at! And I didn't forget! Here is that video all about Japanese stationery. Some of the items in the video I have managed to get my hands on, like the pencil with the 'unbreakable' lead, and I love it!
